Creators start on a free plan that does not expire, then pay £99 or £299 a month. Brands and agencies have one plan each, at £999 and £1,999 a month, and can book a live demo before they subscribe. Annual billing saves 17% on creator and Brand plans and 20% on the Agency plan, and every paid plan has a 14-day cooling-off period.

Free is for looking around: one draft deal, an invoice you can preview but not send, seven days of history. Starter runs the business by hand and gets paid by card through Stripe. Pro removes the limits and adds contracts, expenses, products, memberships and the Payments page.

The Agency plan sets no numeric caps, which is why it is priced flat rather than per creator on the roster.
Money
Fees and payouts
Payments run on Stripe and settle into your own account. Herd never holds your money, so there is no wallet to withdraw from and no payout schedule of ours to wait for.

- Membership payments carry a small platform fee. Everything else about them works like a product sale.
Stripe charges its own card processing fee on any payment, as it would anywhere else. You connect your Stripe account once inside Herd, and from then on the money moves between Stripe accounts and out to the bank account you gave Stripe. Subscriptions to Herd are card only, in GBP, with VAT added where applicable.
Storage
Bring your own Drive, or buy the room
Storage is not bundled into the plan price, because most people already pay for some. Connect the Google Drive you own and it costs nothing. Add Herd storage only if you would rather not.

- Creators: Free, £99 a month on Starter, or £299 a month on Pro. Brands: £999 a month. Agencies: £1,999 a month. Annual billing saves 17% on creator and Brand plans and 20% on the Agency plan.
- Yes, for creators. Free covers the content calendar, drafts, one draft deal, an invoice preview, the community and one watermarked video export a month, with seven days of history. Sending a real invoice or activating a deal starts on Starter.
- Yes. Creator plans are 17% cheaper: Starter is £986 a year instead of £1,188, and Pro is £2,978 instead of £3,588. Brand is £9,950 a year (17% cheaper) and Agency is £19,190 (20% cheaper). You can switch between monthly and annual from your settings.
- There is a 14-day cooling-off period on every paid plan from the date you subscribe. Annual plans also have a pro-rata option within 90 days. The refund policy page sets out exactly how each case is handled.
- Card, processed by Stripe. There is no PayPal option and no bank transfer for subscriptions. Prices are charged in GBP.
- Prices are shown in GBP with VAT added where applicable, so the figure at checkout may be higher depending on where you are and whether you are VAT registered. The amount charged is shown before you confirm.
- Three, and only three. Digital product sales carry a 5% platform fee. Membership payments carry a small platform fee. Brand-to-creator invoice payments carry 0%. Stripe charges its own processing fee on any card payment, as it would anywhere.
- Nothing if you connect your own Google Drive, because the files stay in an account you already own. Herd-managed storage is an add-on at £9 a month for 250 GB, £19 for 1 TB or £59 for 5 TB.
- Yes. Creators can use the Free plan for as long as they like. Brands and agencies can book a live demo with our team before subscribing. There is no free trial, but every paid plan has a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you subscribe.
- No. There are five plans and they are all listed on the pricing page. The Agency plan at £1,999 a month is the largest, and it has no numeric quotas.
