How Herd compares

Herd covers three sides of the same market: the creator, the brand and the agency. Most of the 14 products below go deeper on one of them than Herd does, and several are a good deal cheaper.

How to read these pages

A comparison written by the company selling one of the products is worth reading with a hand on your wallet, including this one. So here is the method. Every price was taken from the other product's own pricing page where we could reach it, and from a named third-party listing where we could not, on 21 September 2026. Every page links that source. Where a figure is second-hand, the page says so in the same sentence as the number.

Every comparison carries a section headed with the places the other product is stronger, and it is not decoration. Beacons has a link-in-bio page and Herd does not. Later publishes to LinkedIn and Pinterest and Herd does not. Modash searches 380 million profiles and Herd searches the creators who are on Herd, plus an external index on the Agency plan. GRIN and Upfluence track affiliate sales and Herd has no affiliate tracking at all. Those are not small gaps, and pretending otherwise would waste your afternoon and ours.

What Herd has instead is width and a currency. One account holds the content calendar, the inbox, the deal, the contract, the invoice and the payment, in pounds, with the brand or the agency on the other side of the same record. If you only need one of those jobs done, a specialist will usually do it better and cheaper. If you need most of them, the tab count is the argument.

Start with everything Herd does if you want the feature list first, or the pricing page if the number is what decides it. The role pages go through a working week: creators, brands and agencies.

If you are a creator comparing tools

Most of these are built around one job: a link page, a media kit, a scheduler or a set of invoices. Herd covers the working week around the brand deal, and costs more for it.

  • Beacons

A creator toolkit built around a link-in-bio page, with a storefront, an auto-updating media kit, email and invoicing attached to it.

Best for: Creators whose income comes from a link in a bio: digital products, courses and an audience they sell to directly. If the link page is the business, Beacons is built for that and Herd is not.

  • Kitly

A media kit and collaboration tracker for creators, with a separate product, Kitly Business, for agencies managing a roster.

Best for: Creators who want an audited, mobile-first media kit and nothing else, and agencies who mainly need roster reporting rather than deal paperwork and payouts.

Pricing last checked 21 September 2026 from influencermarketinghub.com.

  • Later

A social media scheduler with a visual planner, publishing to seven or more networks, a link-in-bio page and post analytics.

  • Collabstr

A two-sided marketplace where creators list packages with published rates and brands book them through escrow.

Best for: Brands who want to buy a piece of content this week without building a relationship, and creators who want inbound bookings from a marketplace rather than running outreach.

Pricing last checked 21 September 2026 from creatorstackclub.com.

  • Passionfroot

A booking platform where creators publish productised sponsorship packages with live availability and brands book and pay through the page.

If you are a brand

Best for: Brands and agencies whose main problem is finding creators and verifying their audience. If you need to filter 380 million profiles by audience location and check for fake followers, Modash does that and Herd does not.
